Mission Statement:

E  ( Red E ) student ministries exists to fiercely relish God,

                                                      Fueling the Church’s desire for Christ, and

                                        Exposing the desperate need of the world.

Vision:

E ( Red E ) student ministries affirms parents as the primary spiritual leaders of their children.  To that end, we aim the vision of our ministry.

We will assist parents in developing their student to become the God-centered person they are designed to be: growing, passionate in purity, joyful about developing their lives to be examples of Christ in life, faith, and speech.

This vision will be seen weekly by students who:

(Worship)             Treasure God.

(Fellowship)          Take time with Him and one another.

(Discipleship)       Train the soul to delight in Him.

(Ministry)              Tackle the needs of the Church.

(Missions)             Trek across the street and around the world.

Goals:

When they graduate from high school, and our ministry, our students will be E. ( Red E )

Characterized as young men and women who:

1.     Feed on the Word.

2.     Influence cultures for Christ.

3.     Connect with the Church.

4.     Cherish their parents and family.

5.     Joyfully use their gifts in service.

6.     Proclaim the beauty and freedom of God’s control.

7.     Contest the emptiness of man-centered philosophies.

Structure: 

Aimed at Connection – Relationships matter…friends, parents, FBC, the Church, and the community.

Based around Teams – Everyone’s in the game…treasure, take, train, tackle, trek.

Centered on Christ – Intentional in our focus…Bible Study, services, trips, relationships, and all of life.

Directed by the Students – A ministry by and for students…student leaders involved in planning and implementing programs and activities.

Guided by Godly Leaders – We’re surrounding our students…in prayer, training, love, and support.
